1. Order Processing

Once you place an order with Gul-e-Raana, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Our team will then begin processing your order. This typically takes 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. During peak seasons, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

  • Order Confirmation: An email is sent immediately after your purchase.
  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days before your order is shipped.
  • Updates: You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer several shipping options to get your beautiful products to you. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days after processing.
    • Cost: Flat rate of RS. 200.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days after processing.
    • Cost: Flat rate of RS. 500.

*Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.*

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this number to monitor the status of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Damaged or Lost Packages: We take great care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@guleraana.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. We hope to expand our services in the future.
